| After a tour of the islands of Santo Antão, São Vicente, Sal and Santiago in July of this year, international emerging markets business consultant Sophieke Kappers is back in Cape Verde to support entrepreneurs with projects hoping to receive funding from the Netherlands emerging Markets Cooperation Program, known by the Dutch acronym PSOM. Kappers will remain in Cape Verde until November 17, and is expected to met with representatives from more than twenty businesses during her stay. |
